Q: I want to buy one of the sites listed for sale, how do I start that process?
A: Contact the person selling the site to set up a viewing. If a sale does go through, please have your insurance and titles updated by the time of sale.
Q: I want to sell my site, how do I start that process?
A: Start by contacting the office. They will set up a compliance check for your site, charge the $500 selling fee, ensure all documentation is up to date, and provide you with a GWAFC-certified "For Sale" sign to put in your yard. You can also send us a listing of your site through the website for us to post on our website.
Q: I have a friend dropping off something on my site. Can they come in?
A: If you have someone coming in to drop something off you can meet them upfront at the office or they will have to pay the visitor fee to come into the campground.
Q: I am seasonal, can someone use my picture pass or use my vehicle to come in?
A: No they cannot. That is sticker misuse and will result in your sticker being confiscated. You will have to go to the office and pay for a replacement sticker.
Q: I got into an accident and needed to drive a temporary vehicle for awhile, how do I get in the campground?
A: Contact the office and explain your situation. The gate will issue a temporary pass for the vehicle. If you need to replace the car/windshield, please try to save your car sticker if possible so we can replace it for you.
Q: Can I have guests come into the campground and visit/stay at my site when I am not there?
A: No, they cannot be at your site when you are not present. That is against our policy.
Q: I have a day visitor that ended up staying the night, is that okay?
A: Day visitors can not stay the night at your site. Their pass expires at 11:30 PM if you are a seasonal you will have to go to the gate before 11:00 PM to pay the additional amount owed and exchange their pass for an overnight pass. If you do not come up before 11:00 PM there will be an additional $25 charge. If you have an overnight reservation and your guest stays the night they will be charged a primitive site.
