Campers may sell their RV on their campsite (along with their shed, deck, and Golf cart) as long as the following criteria are met.

• 1. All camping fees and personal property taxes must be current before your belongings can be sold.
• 2. Listing fee to be paid, in advance, to GWA: $500 Approved Onsite Trailer Sales or $50 Approved Misc. Sales (NO TRAILERS)
• 3. Site must be pre-approved for Site Set up along with other items on the site.
• 4. It must be posted on the GWA "For Sale List" page.
• 5. You may only use the approved "For Sale" sign provided by Greenwood Acres.
• 6. Management will determine if a person's belongings can remain on the site after a sale.
• 7. Lakefront lots will not be allowed to sell their trailer on the campsite.
• 8. Lakefront lots must be cleared when the current agreement holder no longer wishes to camp Lake Front at GWA.
• 9. No other sales are allowed without written permission from Greenwood Acres.
• 10. Items like golf cart, shed, deck, gazebo, boat may be sold individually if pre-approved.
• 11. Any items sold outside these guidelines will not be approved to remain in GWA and must be immediately removed from the campground.
