2024 Volunteer Host Request Form

GWAFC and its campers will determine a cause for each camping season for all fundraiser proceeds to be donated to. Volunteer hosts may be pre-approved by the CEO and owners of GWAFC to organize an event, activity, or project. Please allow 5-7 business days for an informed decision. Volunteer hosts for a fundraiser may submit a request to GWAFC for a donation of money, supplies, and equipment for their event, activity, or project. All income from fundraising activities or events shall be donated to the current season’s cause, and reinvested in another approved event, activity, project, or prizes for campers. Proceeds shall not be given to hosts or volunteers for personal use. Sign-up forms and all donations are to be turned in immediately following the activity/event/project.
