COVID-19 Impact Statement
Friends, Family, and Guests of Greenwood Acres Family Campground,
Camping provides social distance that is recommended in preventing the spread of viruses. Greenwood Acres Family Campground is committed to doing our part in the prevention process while still providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We encourage our guests to call or email us with any questions or assistance that is needed versus stopping in our office.
In addition to our current standards in cleanliness and sanitation, Greenwood Acres Family Campground will be taking extra precautions (based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization) to promote the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff. We are making constant efforts to ensure the utmost consideration for all.
As of March 13th and until further notice, walk-ins at the office will not be permitted; an appointment is required, in advance.
POLICY AND PROCEDURE CHANGES TO RECEIVE SEASONAL CAR PASSES
Normally, we have asked that you provide us with the following items before issuing your car passes for the 2020 camping season:
- Signed Statement
- Initialed and Signed Agreement
- Current and applicable liability insurance(s)
- Pet vaccination record
We are now asking that you provide these items by fax, mail, or email to avoid the large social gathering in our office.
MAKING PAYMENTS
- Make payments by phone with your credit card (no fees will apply to our campers for credit transactions at this time)
- Mail your payment by check or money order to: 2401 Hilton Rd, Jackson, MI 49201, made payable to Greenwood Acres
Request a copy in advance by phone or email, if you would like a printed copy of your 2020 camping agreement. You may pick up and return your agreement at the front check-in booth as our office will not be open for walk-in traffic until further notice.
We will continue to provide updates and make adjustments as new information becomes available to us concerning the COVID-19 Virus.
